Tuesday--Pinenut, Pesto, Tomato Pasta with sauted zuchini, caesar salad, roasted acorn squash
Wednesday--Tiki Masala (but with light coconut milk instead of cream), brown basmati rice, Roasted lemon parmesan brocoli, sliced apples
Thursday--White Chicken Chili (to bring to a church Halloween Party), corn bread
Friday-Brad's Birthday Dinner per request Cafe Rio Pork Burritos, Cilantro lime rice, refried beans, salad with cafe rio dressing, white cake with chocolate frosting.
Saturday--Macaroni and Cheese Gratin with a jack o lantern face for Halloween, Green salad with Grandma's ranch dressing, fresh pineapple and grapes, garlic bread
Sunday--4 Packet Pot Roast, wonderful mashed potatoes, green beans, 30 minute rolls with homemade strawberry jam

I spoke to a buddy that used to snorkel for sand dollars in Alaska when he was a kid. He'd bleach them before selling them to people coming off the cruise ships.
I asked him how he would do it as I know your boys just got a bunch on your vacation and he said to leave them in clorox for a couple weeks. It takes off the fur and bleaches them nice. You may have another "recipe" but I thought I'd pass this on.

I love your menus! It makes meal planning easier for me-thanks so much for doing this. I know its more work for you. I have a hard time coming up with side dishes so its nice to just have someone give great suggestions-Your the best!
Oh, yummy! I actually thought of your mac and cheese this week and bought the noodles. I might make it tomorrow night when we carve pumpkins... or maybe Thursday. We'll see. :) Your menu looks fab, as usual!
