These yummy biscuits are on for breakfast this week! Recipe found here
Wow what a crazy week so far! I can't believe that my boys start school tomorrow! Our summer has just flown by! Between back to school shopping, running boys to football practises and still kitchen remodeling mess, I have not been cooking much at all. With school starting (and my kitchen almost done--only grout for the backsplash is left-yeah!) I am ready to be back on a schedule and committed to putting home cooked meals on the table again! So here we go...
(Monday and Tuesday dinners were Little Ceasars Pizza and sandwiches, respectively)
Wednesday- Parmesan Crusted Cod, honey wheat rolls, necterines, sauted green beans with walnuts. Chocolate chip oatmeal bars
Thursday-- Ginger Stir fry with lots of fresh veggies, brown rice, applesauce
Friday--Chilled Terriyaki Pork Salad, and watermelon
Saturday--Date night--boys have leftovers
Sunday--Alice Spring Chicken, roasted baby potatoes, spinach and apple salad

Melanie!
I don't know if you remember me, but I found your blog off of your family cooking blog- which I LOVE! I didn't know you moved, but I haven't seen you in a while, so that makes sense:) I hope you are doing awesome! I love your blog, and what an amazing mom and wife you are!
