I am getting very excited about the upcoming holiday! Just like my Dad, I LOVE the fall! And just like my Mom I am crazy for holidays and Halloween is next! Yipee, I love Halloween! With five boys, this holiday is a BIG deal around here!
My boys would LOVE making these Papier-Mache glowing pumpkins. The directions can be found here. We are going to give them a try this year.
The boys and I have big plans for a fun Halloween Party. I love this table cloth! It looks simple enough to make if I can find the box that holds my sewing machine!

My Mom made these little mice and puts them out each year for her annual Halloween party for the family. We are REALLY going to miss being there this year!
Aren't they fun in a creepy kind of way! Well, I am off to the craft store! I will be ready to decorate on October 1! Can't wait!

Those mice are too fun. Cute ideas. I love Halloween too. There are some great ideas for pumpkin decorating in the October 2009 issue of Better Homes and Gardens. Check it out---I think the jack-o-lantern bonfire that they show is too cool.

Oh my! Those decorations look so cool! That makes me so excited for Halloween! I have seen people here decorating already so I decided I was going to bust out my fall decor today! I need something to distract me from being all alone again since Mindy left...boohoo!:( Btw, where did you take those pics? Do you have stores like that in TN?? We have NOTHING like that here in Seattle - it is SUCH a bummer. I really miss all the neat craft or home decor stores in Utah.

I love all these ideas! I use the mice becaues mom sent me some to trace for more. I love the candles/shadows. I'll have to do that one. And the table cloth is awesome. I will have to check out the Family Fun magazine that Mindy mentioned. I wish I had that magazine! I think it is my very favorite!
